ABOUT

Dan Lieberman, Industrial Designer, graduated from Bezalel Academy of Art & Design in Jerusalem, Israel. Dan also completed successfully one academic year of Jewelry & Fashion studies at the same institute.

For his final project, the "ADAM" LED task light, Dan received two awards: the Meisler Award, the finest award Bezalel Academy grants their students for an outstanding design; and that of the Manufacturer Association of Israel. 

After gaining some experience in fields such as woodworking, workshop managing in design school, teaching, technical consultant in Home Décor company, and more, he returned to his real passion, lighting.

In 2005, Dan joined one of the leading lighting companies in Israel, as a project and light fixtures designer.

 

In 2006, Dan founded his own studio, Dan Lieberman - Lighting Design.

Most of his designs are displayed at leading lighting showrooms in Israel, and his light works takes place in projects all around the country.

Dan incorporates both his knowledge of craftsmanship and industrial design into his light fixtures, which makes them into unique pieces of art.
